To elaborate if you want an FPS increase the hierarchy of components should be GPU> CPU> Ram> everything else. SSD will likely never improve FPS because your frame rate is directly related to how quickly your computer can render images and process things happening on screen (why I said GPU and CPU first).
Long story short, no an SSD will not improve FPS.

SSD makes games open faster than increase FPS. FPS increases, of course, but I don't think there will be a noticeable increase

If you do not run your OS (Windows, linux, etc) on a SSD, I strongly advise you to do so. I put one on my old laptop and it gave it a new life. It took over 5 minutes to start it before, but with the SSD installed, it take less than 40 seconds. But, gaming wise, it will only improve loading time.
As a rule, a good quality SSD tends to speed up the loading of your applications and games, especially in the most modern titles, as long as they are designed to take advantage of this performance difference. However, this result can vary greatly from game to game.

ssd is best but not affect fps
whats your advice for fps ? i have gtx 1060 and 8 gb ram i cant play black desert good fps i play only 30 fps everything low as well. i think from ram problem

SSD makes files read faster so in some way it makes it faster
