Good and bad at the same time.
Good because it would push people to be more innovative for the better future, but on the other side people also would do anything (even doing something illegal/haram) to get what they want.

Capitalism is based on free mutually beneficial exchanges. The creation of value by creating value to others. That said, I'm not sure what you mean by better (depends on the purpose) but I say it is the most moral system.
