As humans, it's hard to shake the idea that our existence should matter beyond breathing. Life begins and ends, yes, but there is definitely a greater meaning. The problem is that these stories we tell ourselves fall short of softening the harsh reality: when it comes to the universe, perhaps we are nothing more than brief and randomly gathered collections of energy and matter. And one day, we will all perish.

This is probably the most asked and most basic philosophical question. Life itself has no real meaning if you look at it instead you have to give it one. You have to ask this question from yourself and see what you seek in life and boom theres your meaning of life.
