CS is better in my opinion because you now have endless choices in the work field once you get the hang of the CS you open for yourself endless fields to work on, just chose the best for you.
but about the healthy thing most of the time CS people sit at desks so they are not moving much like other jobs. However, you should make a daily training routine.
