Sometimes its not about being afraid or so, we worry of the outcome like The time we spend in doing a work : how will it pay off.. But it is crazy like people spend a LOT of time playing games (they knows the outcome ). In a Work or Business however we can expect anything. Also sometimes We have Complete set of skills and Motivation but Lac of documentation <-- which are required by most of the sites and Online nowadays... People giving work ASKS for too much instead of giving away work and then See the Potential of an Individual. I hope things get better in time. (but we all have to make a stand and choice. it should be a positive one ofcourse.
