I have at present exactly the same issue, it is due to the vga cable not being connected to gpu in turn it might be connected to motherboard

Whats ur specs? U have to update or reinstall windows.

Another thing us can do is to login in safe mode and update all your graphic drivers.

Causes of Computer Hang/frozen

1. Minimum and limited RAM capacity
2. RAM is damaged or dirty due to dust and dirt

to find what's causing ur issue, check out the ez debug lights in the motherboard(when u start ur pc), it will help to diagnose the problem.

Reinstall Windows and don't go looking for programs that will consume a lot of your machine's resources. Manage programs that you think are appropriate for your computer.
