No in that case no one will get banned from ur team ..its only u but if u play safe u will also wont get banned

I dont think he will get any ban but if he does get banned it will not be a perma ban it will be a temporary hour or day ban

When you're boosting someone, using scripts or not, the one who “hired” such booster CAN be banned if reviewed by Riot.
This ISN'T an automatic process, your account getting banned doesn't mean your teammate will get clapped too, it will only happen if HE gets reported.
