I have exactly the same problem but i didnt find any solution I just keep reopening it and load the cheat till it finally load, but just a tip after you load the cheat dont do anything just let the loader load the cheat and it will so it faster if you keep opening the loader after you load it...

To use the cheat i think you need to be windows 10 it is the best I remember I saw an admin or Moderator comment says that, sorry for not being helpful
