Since you didn't specified if it's a gaming pc or not. In the US u can build a movie/social media pc for like 200-300$ easily. For gaming pc it would cost 500$+ if you play on anything higher than 720p with reasonable fps. i'd go for a 800$+ minimum if u want to play any recent AAA games though...
