If you're not already banned while using it, it means the cheat is not detected but you can still get banned when others report you. Vanguard knows all the running processes and programs so if they check logs, they can see what you're using and sometimes you can also get auto banned by anticheat...

It depends on how you use it. If you're making it obvious for spectators or while killing people, they will report you and you'll get banned either way. There is always risk of ban using cheats.

aimbot will make the whole cheat detected, I'm saying this because there are not many mouse movement methods that are available for public without Valorant detecting them. I highly doubt free cheats would bother wasting so much of their time to compile a custom driver for the aimbot.
