I don't think they do make hacks for this game , it's too old and literally nobody loves it now , I used to play it in the past but now I switched to pubg

You need 300 messages to be a prime member and use the hack .

Use esp only and play like a professional player , you can use aimbot in TDM but don't use it somewhere where they can report you

This is a game problem not a headset one , you can use programs for controlling the sounds on your system there are a lot out there

Can I use the pubg lite hack on windows 7 ? On the UI it says works on win 7, 8 , 10 but in the hack topic it says win 10 1908 and 1909 only !

I think you shouldn't use the hack for now and contact the admins about that issue to see if it's a personal issue or for everyone ..

You shouldn't really care about how many , you just need to stay away from spamming and do something helpful for everyone , that's why it's a community here , share what you want with others , and follow the rules and you will be on the safe side.
