Does Having UI Open Affect AntiCheat's of other games?

Say If i wanted to use The UI for scripts on league of legends, but i have the MemoryUI Running in background but i go and play Something like CS:GO or Rust, Would it be detected by anticheat at all?

Maybe a dumb question to ask, but i'm sure im not the only one who would want to know this. I looked for threads that might answer this Question but i didn't find any.

So as long as the UI is off it won't matter anyway?
