Does Having UI Open Affect AntiCheat's of other games?

Say If i wanted to use The UI for scripts on league of legends, but i have the MemoryUI Running in background but i go and play Something like CS:GO or Rust, Would it be detected by anticheat at all?

Maybe a dumb question to ask, but i'm sure im not the only one who would want to know this. I looked for threads that might answer this Question but i didn't find any.

Any help Appreciated

Once it was ejected, there is no problem, even with another league of legends sessions

So as long as the UI is off it won't matter anyway?

The answer is no. The UI only affect to the game it supports. Not others
