Anyone dealing with anxiety and depression?

Alright guys, I am having quite frequent anxious and depressed moments and sometimes they are followed by panic attacks. Has anyone of you had to deal with this in your life?

I'm trying to overcome unnecessary stress. I'd say I'm still working on it. I just want to remind you. You should try to enjoy life. I know it's easy to say, but there's nothing we can do.

I got depression when I was 15. Spent 6 years locked in my room, afraid of seeing anyone.
I learned that suffering for nothing is dumb, fucking dumb. So I stopped it. There is a lot more shit that happened but im not willing to share.
Now im 23, jobless with no experience in anything, I don't know how to do shit. I live without knowing if i'll have something to eat next month. It is a complety misery, but well, I've been walking this hell for a long time to be worrying about the bad things that might happen, so I focus on the good things that can happen, even if I have to think about the impossible.

I don't think this site is for that, but I think everybody had depression or anxiety at least once, so don't feel alone with that, it's actually very common.

That is actually a good insight.

This site maybe isn't for that, but with the Covid-19, everyone around the world seem to suffer mentally... We need to cheer each other up even if we don't know them.

maybe my friends will not experience the same thing as you. sometimes if my friends experience it my friends will try to stay calm and not panic or be depressed. Because my friends are all very strong like the ones here And maybe like you will be strong if you face it hard, and stay calm

Find something you really like to do.

Then find out what you have to do to be able to do what you love.

For example, if you really love to game, but have to work and do homework. Do what you have to do first, then do what makes you happy.

Also, very important: Eat some fruits and vegetables every day, not a lot, but a little. Go out in nature and meet with people at least once a week.

Do these things you will most likely than not be on a better path in life and not have as many panic attacks.

Oh... And don't give a $hit on others opinions they're not living your life. The older you get, the less you care about what others think about you.

i get panic attacks when i go alone somewhere. i hate this kind of anxiety. but still grateful when i have my family beside me
