Alright guys, I am having quite frequent anxious and depressed moments and sometimes they are followed by panic attacks. Has anyone of you had to deal with this in your life?
Thanks for the support!I'm trying to overcome unnecessary stress. I'd say I'm still working on it. I just want to remind you. You should try to enjoy life. I know it's easy to say, but there's nothing we can do.
That is actually a good insight.I got depression when I was 15. Spent 6 years locked in my room, afraid of seeing anyone.
I learned that suffering for nothing is dumb, fucking dumb. So I stopped it. There is a lot more shit that happened but im not willing to share.
Now im 23, jobless with no experience in anything, I don't know how to do shit. I live without knowing if i'll have something to eat next month. It is a complety misery, but well, I've been walking this hell for a long time to be worrying about the bad things that might happen, so I focus on the good things that can happen, even if I have to think about the impossible.
This site maybe isn't for that, but with the Covid-19, everyone around the world seem to suffer mentally... We need to cheer each other up even if we don't know them.I don't think this site is for that, but I think everybody had depression or anxiety at least once, so don't feel alone with that, it's actually very common.
