Yes the BFV cheat does have a build in HWID Spoofer.
Every-time the games anti-cheat asks for Hardware information the cheat answers that request with spoofed information.

Therefor you have to run the cheat every time you want to play BFV.

You don't have to delete any files.
You don't have to format windows.

If are super paranoid you can delete these files:

The Reset this PC option will most likely help. I was banned too, after doing what I said, I was able to continue playing with a new account.

U can't.. unless I am mistaken there is currently only 1 final ban

Unless you use a hardware ID spoofer , I dont think you can.

is it HWID banned?? if so you need to find a spoofer

use spoofer or change HWID but banded account could not be back
