Yes the BFV cheat does have a build in HWID Spoofer.
Every-time the games anti-cheat asks for Hardware information the cheat answers that request with spoofed information.
Therefor you have to run the cheat every time you want to play BFV.
You don't have to delete any files.
You don't have to format windows.
If are super paranoid you can delete these files:
and additionally delete these origin files:

U can just bypass it but u will need to use new account
get it spoofer

buy the game again i dont think u can unban the account after using any kind of hacks
