well , couple days ago i've bought a z390 mobo and installed 9900k Cpu with 240 AIO cooler form NZXT
the whole rig worked perfectly fine during all the new parts test as cinabench R15 and R17 later on i've purchased some games like FC 24 and at that point the whole rig started to BSOD and also Valorant does some BSOD randomly from time to time , the whole system running or 32GB x2 Ram sticks from TridentZ also a decent GPU RTX 3090 MSI Suprim X , everything running on stock clocking etc.. no overclocking made.

Hint : turning off the turbo boost mode fixing the problem partly but not fixing everything mostly.

i am up for solutions.

Here are some things you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Check the CPU temperatures: Use a tool like HWMonitor or Core Temp to check the CPU temperatures while running games. If the temperatures are too high (above 80°C), then the CPU might be throttling itself to prevent damage. You can try reseating the cooler and applying new thermal paste to see if that helps.
  2. Upgrade the cooler: If the temperatures are still high after reseating the cooler, then you might need to upgrade to a better cooler. A 280mm or 360mm AIO cooler might be a good option, or you could consider an air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15.
  3. Disable Turbo Boost: As you mentioned, turning off Turbo Boost can help reduce the temperatures and prevent BSODs. However, this will also reduce the performance of the CPU. You can try disabling Turbo Boost and see if the BSODs go away. If they do, then you might need to upgrade the cooler to get better performance while keeping the temperatures under control.
