Valorant and FC 24 BSOD Randomly with my new Rig

well , couple days ago i've bought a z390 mobo and installed 9900k Cpu with 240 AIO cooler form NZXT
the whole rig worked perfectly fine during all the new parts test as cinabench R15 and R17 later on i've purchased some games like FC 24 and at that point the whole rig started to BSOD and also Valorant does some BSOD randomly from time to time , the whole system running or 32GB x2 Ram sticks from TridentZ also a decent GPU RTX 3090 MSI Suprim X , everything running on stock clocking etc.. no overclocking made.

Hint : turning off the turbo boost mode fixing the problem partly but not fixing everything mostly.

i am up for solutions.
