So I did everything like in the tutorial,disabled antivirus and chose an cheat but nothing happens,the loader is just stuck on waiting for action (adblocker is off)

That explains it. You need to be a Confirmed member to use pubg cheat.
You can became a confirmed member by getting 50 legit comments on this forum and having more than two days since you registration.

2. Delete all vaccines in use.
3. Run CMD in admin mode.
3-1. Enter /scannow, press Enter, and wait for progress to complete.
4. If you have completed all of the above, please reboot your computer.

I also had it until the antivirus was turned off in the task manager in the processes
