Do you want big muscles or muscle endurance? if the second one just do it everytime go 10 past what you can do ? first week do 1 day apart for muscle recovery from 2nd week do it everyday depends the exercises yada yada but anything else just ask me, im personal traineri do daily workout at home but i get tired in 5 minutes
