The ping goes from the location of the person, if he is close to the game's headquarters, ping can be better regardless of the internet.

Low ping means the distance to the server is very close / doesnt need much time to get there and back to you. Fast internet doesnt mean the ping is good.

Depends on the server and their datacenter location, I got a very good internet speed, but will still be at 300ms if playing in australian servers

ping is related to both server location and your internet speed. If you have a slow connection but the server is right next door, you would still have good ping.

im from asia . suffers with 180+ ping to play in EU and in NA i get 300. in asia i get 130+
