Every setting is set to max(fancy)

vanilla minecraft(no mods) : 60-150
Optifine: 90-200
Optifabric: 80-170
Sodium:100-360

is there any setting to turn of that doesn't affect gameplay much?

bro use the msi afterburner and change your fan options and try to play minecraft that gives to you 30-50 fps

You can try turning down your FOV or going into the settings and turning the graphics lower. Shadows usually takes a big hit on games so you might want to turn down shadows as well.
