oh... its better compared to hdd and its more fast to windows up and etc...
Like it has been said, SSD will only reduce loading times, the rest is up to the GPU/CPU/Ram speed.
Still, if you're using an HDD, I highly recommend getting your hands on a SSD, especially with Windows 10 has it tends to have really bad performance with HDDs.

SSDs will not increase the FPS as you play, but they speed up the loading time, including boot up. Since SSDs has faster write-read speed

yes they do in my experience around 30-40 percent in loading times
