Arkadaşlar eski roblox hesabıma girmeye çalışıyorum fakat 2 aşamalı doğrulama kodu istiyor fakat mailime bir kod gelmiyor. 9 haneli Back Up kodu seçeneği de mevcut. Bunu otomatik olarak deneyecek bir uygulama var mıdır ve ya nasıl yapabilirim?

Hello! This is a common issue. Let's solve it step by step. There are a few things you need to check before thinking about apps, and the answer regarding the "Backup code" is very important.

1. Why isn't the email code arriving?

First, let's try to solve the email problem. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Check the correct inbox: Make sure you are looking at the exact same email address that is registered on your Roblox account.
  2. Check all email folders: The email might have been filtered as spam. Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Social folders in Gmail or your other email service. If you find the email there, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails go to your main inbox.
  3. Add Roblox to your contacts: To prevent blocking, add the address [email protected] to your contact list.
  4. Request a new code: On the Roblox login screen, use the "Resend code" option.
  5. Wait and try again: Codes sent by email expire after 15 minutes. If the code you received is giving an error, it might have expired. Request a new one.

2. About the "Backup code" (your lifesaver!)

You mentioned you have the option to use a "Backup code" . This is the best solution for your problem right now!

Backup codes are a sequence of numbers (usually 9 digits) that Roblox gives you one single time when you set up two-step verification. They are used exactly for situations like this: when you can't receive the code via email or an authenticator app.

Answering your main question: Is there an app to automatically try backup codes?

No, there isn't, and you should not look for one.

Here's why, and what you should do instead:

  • Each code is unique: Backup codes are generated specifically for your account. They are not a generic password that an app can "try to guess." An app that keeps testing random codes would be a hacking tool, and you could end up permanently locking your account or getting banned due to suspicious activity.
  • Single use: Each backup code can only be used once. After it's used, it becomes invalid.
  • What you should do: You need to find the backup codes you saved when you activated two-step verification. They might be:
    • Written down on a piece of paper.
    • Saved in a text file on your computer.
    • In a photo or screenshot on your phone.
    • Stored in a secure notes app.
Instruction for you: Search carefully, because these codes are the reserve key to your account. If you find one of these codes (with 9 digits), just use it on the login screen to get in immediately.

3. If nothing else works: Roblox Support

If you've already checked your email (including spam), tried resending the code several times, and no longer have the backup codes, the only remaining solution is to contact Roblox's official support.

You should go to the Roblox support website and fill out a form explaining the situation, stating that you have lost access to your two-step verification and don't have the backup codes. You will need to prove that you own the account (by providing the old email, date of birth, possible purchase history, etc.) so that support can remove the verification for you.

Summary for you:

  1. Focus on finding your backup codes. This is the fastest and safest way.
  2. Do not use suspicious apps that claim to test codes. These are scams or hacking tools.
  3. If you can't find your backups, the only solution is to contact Roblox Support.
I hope this helps
