Anyone dealing with anxiety and depression?

Find something you really like to do.

Then find out what you have to do to be able to do what you love.

For example, if you really love to game, but have to work and do homework. Do what you have to do first, then do what makes you happy.

Also, very important: Eat some fruits and vegetables every day, not a lot, but a little. Go out in nature and meet with people at least once a week.

Do these things you will most likely than not be on a better path in life and not have as many panic attacks.

Oh... And don't give a $hit on others opinions they're not living your life. The older you get, the less you care about what others think about you.

been thru all that shit even almost commited suicide but i realized all the people who will get hurt when i do such a selfish thing. so i didnt do it and just move on and change myself because in our culture here in the ph nobody cares about the depression thing and dont think anything concerning about it people here just say suck it up. yeah it sucks but hey i have no choice. but its true in some ways. that saying actually worked on me now? nothing fazes me anymore i just laugh it out like a madman and just push thru. its hard but thats the best way you can help yourself and just simply hype yourself up even tho you know your not that amazing just slap your self and hype yourself up. trust me it works. the key is just loving yourself. its corny i know but it works

i live this today like every day i have to talk with a shrink i hope this will help me

but don't feel alone you're not, if there wasn't darkness we won't love the light like we do know

if you are facing some depression issue, don't worry , it will go away, honestly speaking, just write down your daily routine on a diary , and before sleep just check/mark things or you did something that make you feel good and also write down things which make you feel sad.

things or activities make you feel sad , try avoiding doing next day, in the beginning you will face some issues , but eventually you will fell so good in few days only.

if you are staying with your parents , serve them , help them in their daily routine work, help your mom specially, there is very special prayer, which normally comes out from our parents mouth in a silence way, that prayer can change our life into blessings which will never finish.

Try thinking about the good things and all the good people that you have around you
I am not really. We are changing my medication to see if it's not a disorder. But yea, maybe it will never go away, but I still have to stay strong. It's not always easy, but there is people that are there for me. Even strangers on forums.

yes many people have gone through it and the way to get out from depression is that you should keep yourself busy and to do that, set higher goals in life and then keep trying to pursue them you will enjoy the process and ofcourse the results too

i have social anxiety and i get panic attacks when someone talk to me in video call or face to face my hands and legs shaking for fear

I find it weird because mine is mostly health anxiety and PTSD. I do not have social anxiety. In fact, I feel better around people.

I live with the difficulties of life. sometimes a physical illness triggers them. My suggestion is to do the things in your life that improve you, don't care what people think or want.
