I usually do it during my morning routine, it's easier to not create excuses like "too tired" "did to much during the day" "i need to relax" etc. I wake up, check my weight, drink 500ml of water, eat a fruit, go for a 15min walk and them workout for about 40m.
The best times for me are between 7 am and 8 am, because at the end of the day you have a tired body after exercising and working, you sleep even better and more peaceful.
