i feel like this is how everyone should go about it, people always rush and think they gonna get abs or muscles in a week aha, i went to the gym for about a year to start seeing my body changeThe progress is slow and painful, and you should start from the bottom, don't try and start with heavy exercices already, you need to make your body used to it
try imprpving your stamina firsti do daily workout at home but i get tired in 5 minutes
i just want to know we have to eat or do something else for increase strenght
if anyone know how to boost stamina and strenght pls tell me thanks
