Did you give permission to access the app?

yes I did at first the error was different it was like "could not run the prosses in being used by other program" i restarted the pc and than this started appearing

Check the task manager , Close if the application is open.
Then restart.

btw it only happens with tecent open like if i run the hack with pubg closed says waiting for the game (but wen i open the game the message stays there and no hacks) and if i open the hack with pubg already started it appears the error
